RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Our Policy Info

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unworn and in the same condition as received. All approved refunds and returns will incur a $13 shipping fee. Damaged or defective items may be returned for a full refund or exchange. Sale items are final. At Covert Cove, we believe in the quality of our products and we stand by them. We offer a warranty on all of our products to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase. If a defect arises within the warranty period, we will repair or replace the item free of charge (shipping rates may apply).
